With over 15 years of working trade show, special event and corporate events for several companies, Jacki has worked in every capacity from product specialist, facilitator, demonstrator, narrator, manager to translator at various shows around the world. Her professionalism and attention to detail has garnered the respect of numerous clients who now request Jacki personally. Jacki’s special skills / talents include professional singing / entertaining as well as her fluency in other languages such as Italian and Spanish. Her sales ability has also earned her the respect of many clients. Having become an Account Executive in 2010, Jacki has assisted at events in many cases as “additional staff” where she was responsible for negotiating deals and selling product. Her vast experience in the corporate environment and knowledge of event management is a great asset to the Event-Pros clients on a strategic level. Today, Jacki has partnered with Meredith as Owner and as part of the new driving force behind Event-Pros.
Meredith holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has over 15 years of experience in the trade show and event industry. Her background includes leading vendor relations, directing event staff, and overseeing event budgets. Customers include, but are not limited to Cisco, VMware, Netflix, Coupa Software, Adaptiva, Amazon, Adobe, Sunovian and Takeda. Meredith has effectively collaborated with large corporations and industry associations to develop event timelines, technical demonstrations and execute day-of logistics. Her skills to develop and maintain relationships with both clients and event staff contributed to the expansion of opportunities and she has since gained vast experience working the show floor and overseeing large teams of event support. She possesses the ability to multi- task while maintaining attention to detail and has a proven history of contributing to marketing and lead generation.
Sara has excelled in the event marketing field from brand ambassador to staffing director. She worked over 300 trade shows, varying from medical, technology, sports and video games before moving into her staffing director role. Her skills in organization, multi-tasking, computer technology, and client management make her an invaluable asset when it comes to staffing and assigning program and event roles.
With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and trade show industries, Amber brings organization, leadership and knowledge to each and every event she manages. She has years of experience managing various trade shows and representing clients in numerous industries. Her poise, ability to communicate and drive to succeed make Amber an asset to each and every client she represents. She is a seasoned and reliable event coordinator who majored in event planning. She possesses both an Associates Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality and has had the privilege of working with the Event-Pros executive team for over 5 years. She has excelled in the event marketing field from brand ambassador to event manager and has striven to maintain an excellent reputation with her clients and the team of associates she places and books.
As the Operations Coordinator, Pamela is responsible for event operations. Beginning her career working as talent on the tradeshow floor, Pamela brought with her over 15 years of experience representing many industries in locations including New York, San Francisco and Las Vegas. A native of Los Angeles, Pamela spent much of her career at Universal Studios where she worked very closely with the Chairman and other top executives. Pamela brings with her strong management skills combined with a can do attitude.
Alexander Ely was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended and graduated from Florida State University with a major in ISS. Shortly after graduating, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where he began working in the finance department of Event-Pros. Alex is extremely detailed orientated and dedicates himself to maintaining organization in an industry filled with ever changing elements. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and participating in other various athletic activities. As a very outgoing individual, Alex is comfortable dealing with people and is known to be great with impromptu responses. He is extremely passionate about his professional career and is dedicated to ensuring his actions reflect his steadfast commitment.
